Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We aim to ensure every treat from Sweet Candy Company arrives in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please examine your candy package immediately to ensure no damage occurred during transit and that all items are correct.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once we verify your claim, we will either ship out a fresh replacement of your favorite sweets or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
